ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

* My work experience, professional background and extra-professional activities have their roots in my dedication toward social change, to the improvement of human life conditions and developing the societal mentalities in order to live together in a better society;
* During the last years of studies at the Bucharest University - Sociology, Psychology and Pedagogical faculty, I chose to gain theoretical knowledge in the module of Population, Communities ands Family studies as I had had a well-contured option to dedicate my work for changing society;
* During my undergraduate studies I voluntarily attended several courses from other universities in order to improve my abilities in this above-mentioned direction: communication courses and written journalism as a professional language courses at Journalism Faculty of Bucharest University, motion picture as a professional language courses from Theatre and Film Bucharest Academy, several juridical courses from Law Faculty "Ioan Dragan" from Brasov; I chose to attend these courses in order to improve my abilities for a better communication using all main means of communication;
* In the same time, during my last years of undergraduate studies, I have worked with several sociological institutes as an interview operator; Having more than 1000 interviews with people in different demographic positions I proved my abilities in interpersonal skills and flexibility and I gained the experience in understanding the social reality in nowadays Romania; By using this experience in my subsequent work in the field of social change my work has been improved in this respect;
* Several voluntary activities to which I committed myself (ProDemocracy NGO, Senatorial Office, Youth For Youth NGO) gave me the opportunity to exercise, prove and improve my managerial abilities and my social skills as a very organised person with a problem-solving attitude.* Expertise in international development work, project writing, budgeting, logical framework design and reporting, as well as consultancy to governmental programme management is a relevant experience I gained during my work within the PHARE Programmes under the supervision of the team leaders, in Romanian and overseas experienced consultancy agencies.
